Why Our Wine Has No Sulfites
Our vision of natural wine is to give the grape the chance to tell the story of its journey from the vineyard to the wine.
We want the grape to be exactly what it wants to be: real, natural, and free. We want it to keep its own aromas and taste characteristics. We try to support and reveal that character without unnecessary intervention, not only during fermentation but also in the vineyard, where the soil itself should remain natural.
Natural wine always comes with challenges. It is not simply a matter of making wine and expecting a guaranteed result. Sometimes the wine turns out beautifully, and sometimes it does not. That is very normal in this field. Of course, wine needs care, attention, and tenderness. You have to look after it almost like a child.
