Who We Are
We are a small family in Sighnaghi with a goal of sharing more about our country, its history, traditions, food, and natural winemaking.

We have been working in this field for a long time, especially through one of the best-known restaurant-wineries, Pheasant’s Tears. That experience became my personal inspiration to follow this path and to introduce more people to Georgia as the birthplace of wine.
Gia and Tamar Rokashvili lead the restaurant Pheasant’s Tears. Gia is the head chef, and Tamar leads the front of house.
Giorgi Rokashvili Jr. wants to make even a very small contribution to our country by sharing its story with more people.
